Tax deductible
Odyssey of the Mind is an international creativity competition that helps students develop skills in problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, math, language arts, science, writing, engineering, and the performing arts. (www.odysseyofthemind.com).
Our team won 1st place at the Redwood Regional competition and 1st place at the State competition, plus 1st place in the Spontaneous Category and a special recognition for our exemplary performance! We qualified to represent California at the World Finals where we will join 800+ teams from 26 countries and the United States to compete at Michigan State University in late May!
What will it take for our team to attend? We need to raise $15,000 to pay for the team’s campus housing and meals, shipping of sets, props and costumes to Michigan, and air and vehicle travel.
Your donation will go a long way toward providing these talented students with a once in a lifetime opportunity. Thank you!!
