Mobile Kitchen Fund

I have been blessed with the opportunity to do what I love... create great food.  We want to open a mobile kitchen for catering events, local street fairs, and fundraisers. Since our my family and I are of different ethic backgrounds, my food will not fit one type of cuisine.  I plan to offer food to satisfy everyone.  My wife and daughter are vegetarians, and I will offer vegetarian/vegan dishes. We will use local farms/vendors when available and NO microwaves. We need your help to raise money to pay for the trailer, smoker, and insurance. We are trying to start my catering business debt free, " Cash is king," says Dave Ramsey.
