Hi, my name is Kieko Coughlin and I was invited to participate in the US Rowing Olympic Development Program. This program consists of a month long stay in Sarasota, Fl. During my month stay I will receive training world class Olympic rowing facility. Along with being coached by excellent coaches, I will have lessons on injury prevention, nutrition, as well as learn the process of applying and playing sports in college. This facility is one of the top facilities in the country and going to this camp would expose me to high level training and I’m excited for the opportunity to learn from the best!
