Odist Needs Help: Surgery to Survive
Donation protected
My cat Odist has urethral obstruction and struvite bladder stones. When I noticed the signs of this (unable to urinate, yowling, lethargic, breathing heavy), I rushed him to emergency care. He got overnight treatment, but it was unsuccessful, so I rushed him to surgery at a new hospital the next day. He stayed overnight to get PU (perineal urethrostomy) surgery and recover with fluids.
After taking him home, I noticed he still wasn’t urinating after several hours. There was a complication. I rushed him to urgent pet care, repeating the same process. They are keeping him stable for a day. I need to take him back to get the surgery done correctly in order to keep him alive.
