Ode’s Fight

Hi, my name is Rosi. I never thought I would be writing these things or asking for help but here I am.

My sister Ode is 35, a wife and mom of three beautiful girls, the youngest (Reese) being four months old. Reese was born premature, was in the NICU and even had a feeding tube for a while. Both my sister and her husband Jacob took a lot of time off during those times. It was a battle, but Ode and Jacob got through it. At the end of May, my sister noticed a lump in her throat, doctors thought it was just her thyroid. It wasn’t. After a month of scans, biopsies, and blood work she was told she had T-cell lymphoma, a rare type. More test were done, and we were hopeful to start chemotherapy, but more test confirmed it was stage four. Her body has deteriorated quickly and she’s currently hospitalized battling for her life.

I have saved my sisters life twice, once she was choking as a child. The other time she almost drowned while on vacation, but I can’t save her from cancer. However I can help by doing this which will help cover medical bills and other expenses since neither my sister or Jacob her husband are working at this time because of all this.
