Ashley Howard-Gray is a very dear friend of mine who has experienced tremendous loss recently.  In addition to losing her sister, Jennifer Howard-Friedel on January 28, she lost her father, Randy Howard on February 23.  She received the news that her grandfather is not doing well and is currently in the ICU and the prognosis is not good.  Ashley is a loving mother of three who has been back to work twice now after both the loss of her sister and her father.  However, she has missed a considerable amount of work through no fault of her own.  Please help her so that she can take time to be there for her grandfather and also to grieve.
