In August this year, we lost our dear friend and colleague, Martin Allies. Martin worked in the motor trade for over 40-years, in one guise or another, and has been a big part of the KGM family since September 2018.

In memory of Martin, we have launched a fundraising challenge to take place throughout the month of October. The KGM team endeavour to cover a combined distance of 5,400 mile across the month - the distance from our offices in Swindon to the Maldives, where Martin and his wife, Kate, spent many happy times together.

As we come together to remember Martin, we ask kindly for donations to support two great causes. Half of the funds that we raise will be donated to support the Shipton Moyne recreational ground, a community space which Martin supported whole-heartedly, and a place that plays an important part in the life of Shipton Moyne where Martin lived with his family. The remaining fifty percent of the funds will be donated to the national charity, Cancer Research UK.
