This initiative is aimed at supporting our staff that depend on members and guests being on-site . All staff will continue receiving full salary during this time, but without tips, many are earning less than half of their normal compensation. Hitting the goal will keep all 11 team members near their regular compensation through the end of May, 2020. All funds will be managed by General Manager Ulises Alfaro on-site with 100% going to the staff members who normally receive tips from members and guests.
The record of all funds collected and distributed to the staff are open to any member or guest who wishes to examine them.
