Hi, My name is Océane Gilot-Doll. I am a trans-femme Brooklyn native.

At the end of October I will be undergoing a gender-affirming surgery that I am sososo excited about. As a trans woman, we develop a language of moving through the world that dysphoria does take play into. and I am really grateful that surgeries like these exist so that I may align my body with my spirit and mind/how I show up in the world. It's a transformation and a metamorphosis. Growing up I didn't have these means of expression coming from a catholic Haitian family. My mental health has significantly improved since I have started this journey of being my authentic self and I am so happy to continue this journey but I do need help?I do not come from wealth. aside from community, All I have fiscally is me and my part time job.

I am calling on community for help. Most of this will go towards the recovery period/help with rent since I won't be able to to work for a bit after. This fund will also go towards food and transportation. Thank you for donating and helping me further my transition goals!
