66 Day Update: Hi everyone,
I wish I had a more positive update, but after the past 66 days, Diana and her kids are still struggling greatly and are still without a home. Please read on.
I want to thank each and every one of you who has supported Diana and her children since their home was tragically lost in a fire on Easter Sunday. Your kindness and generosity have meant the world during such a devastating time.
Unfortunately, Diana is still without a permanent home for herself and her three kids. They’ve been doing their best to stay strong, but it's been incredibly tough. To make things even more difficult, she recently lost her job, which has only added to the weight she’s carrying alone.
She is doing everything she can to get back on her feet, but right now, she needs help more than ever—help to secure housing, care for her children, and get through this crisis until stability returns.
Right now, she needs help—desperately. Anything you can give, whether it’s a donation, a share, or a kind word, will help her get one step closer to rebuilding their lives. No amount is too small, and your support means more than you could ever know.
Thank you for standing with her and reminding this family that even in the darkest times, they are not alone.
Hi. I am Jessica, a very close friend of the family. Please help if you can.
On Easter Sunday, our dear friend Diana—a single mother of three—lost everything when a fire completely destroyed her home. What was meant to be a joyful day quickly turned into a heartbreaking tragedy. Thankfully, Diana and her children weren’t home at the time, but their entire world was turned upside down in a matter of minutes.
Unfortunately they did not have renters insurance so Diana and her kids are starting from nothing. They urgently need help to find a new place to live, replace essential items like clothing and beds, and begin to rebuild their lives.
No amount is too small—every donation, every share, every kind word means the world. Let’s come together to show Diana, Evan, Ben, and Amelia (and Sundae) that they’re not alone. Let’s help them find hope after heartbreak and give them a fresh start.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support.
(And thank you Ann Marie and Nicole and Laurin for helping with everything!)
