Ocean Beach Woman's Club Floor Fund

The Ocean Beach Woman's Club needs a new floor and we need help raising funds.  Our club was founded in 1924 with the goal to work for the community in civic, social, and educational development.  Over the years we have helped the community gain a library, lifeguards, paved streets, rec center funding, trash removal, and more.   We are a 100% volunteer run organization.

We have a beautiful clubhouse that is used by the community for many events.  It is also used as a venue rental space, these funds pay our bills and maintenance.  Our floor needs replacing and without a new floor we will lose the rental income that sustains us.  

Please help us continue our presence in the OB Community. Even $5 helps!

A quick note about the floor campaign vs our annual fundraiser.  The OBWC proudly donates to multiple community organizations at the end of each year using funds raised at our November fundraiser.  The floor campaign is a separate initiative and will be used to replace the floor as well as tackle termite damage.  We will not use November funds raised for replacing the floor, that money will stay as donations to local organizations.  Last year we donated over $9000!

We host quarterly "free everything" events, open to the public, where people bring gently used items to donate and then can "shop" for free items.
