Hello everyone,

My name is Sydnee and I have a cat son named Ob. Ob is a 2 year old tuxedo who is kind, adventurous and is the most free-spirited boy. This past Saturday, he was hit by a car in my neighborhood while I am currently out of town. His accident was extremely traumatic and is battling a broken cleft ( jaw), a mouth infection, brain trauma and possibly a blind eye. I knew when I brought Ob home 2 years ago today (06/19 /21 Juneteenth) that I would do anything to keep him healthy and safe, which is how we are here. Nothing breaks my heart more than him spending his gotcha-day in the hospital fighting for his health, but his doctors say he is projected to make a full recovery with some modifications to how he lives his little feline life. His hospital bills are estimated to be near $6000 and any donations we receive will be used for that exactly. I never wanted to put it on a platform or monetize this situation in any way, but as a 23 year old supporting myself financially…I just could use whatever people feel called to share. People thinking of him and sending him well wishes is most significant to me during this difficult time. And whether or not you can donate, I just appreciate if you’ve read this far.
