Obtain Justice for Isabella and Letty

We are Isabella and Letty, two innocent children ages 15 and 10, who were recently told by Judge Matthew Kasper that we were to live with our abusive father. A man who has abused us, and our mama in front of us. We witnessed our abusive father tipping over furniture, throwing objects, blocking, shoulder checking, and making derogatory statements and threats.

Our case began on June 5th of 2023. When our mama was granted an order of protection, following our abusive father breaking into our home. Prior to talking with Judge Kasper we had supervised visits with our abusive father. Resulting in being pinned to a wall, having panic attacks, blocked in doorways, made fun of, and laughed at, and downgraded Leading to migraines, nose bleeds, and nightmares.

On January 18th of 2024 we met with Judge Kasper. Telling him about the abuse we endured and witnessed. Our case was continued with court ordered parental aide visits with our abusive father. We were told that we were not allowed to tell our story. These visits resulted in having panic attacks in the parking lot of an abandoned hospital. With heavy closed radiation doors. We returned to court April 18th to talk about how terrible the court ordered parental aide visits went. And, were told by Judge Kasper that he would not talk to us ,that we needed to return home. At this time another set of court ordered parental aide was put into motion at a new location .Here we were forced to sit in a small locked room with the door blocked. We were separated from each other, and forced to look at pictures and videos that we begged to stop. And, we were called liars any time we tried to speak our truth .All the while hearing a little girl screaming for help in the room next door. Because of this order our mental and physical health plummeted. We had to start seeing our pediatrician and a counselor to overcome the trauma this order inflicted. We begged our guardian ad litem multiple times to speak to the judge with recent changes regarding his order. And , Judge Matthew Kasper denied us every time. Our pediatrician and counselor felt inclined to write letters and wanted to testify. They begged for our safety, mental ,and physical health, and our future. But ,ultimately were all denied the ability to be heard and advocate for us.

The judge put our case under advisement until August 12 ,2024 issuing the judgment that we were to live with our abusive father. Stating that living with our abusive father was the only way to heal our relationship based on false allegations of parental alienation.

Our guardian ad litem tried to fight for us, getting a hearing scheduled for October 30th ,2024 stating that we would be getting to speak to the judge. We were told that we would get a 3 hour hearing to talk. Instead 10 minutes after the case began we were informed that Judge Matthew Kasper was refusing to speak to us once again, also refusing to talk to our councilor who was in attendance. At this time they tried to forcefully put us into our abusive father’s truck. We refused to live with our abusive father to protect our mental and physical health and safety.

Please help fight for justice for us. Please don’t let us be two of the 58,000 children per year court ordered to live with their abusers. We deserve to be listened to, believed, and protected. We should not be forced to live in fear or danger. This Go Fund Me calls for us to have immediate protection from our abusive father, and for us to stay with our safe parent. The funds would be used to get legal counsel and appear to an appeals court.
