Oakton Elementary School Evanston IL (District 65)

My name is Elijah Mladineo and am raising money for my Eagle Scout project to benefit Oakton Elementary School in Evanston, IL!  Oakton is a Title 1 school in District 65 that I attended from Kindergarten through 4th grade.  While there, I was very active with their amazing chess club, which relies on fundraising to operate. For my Eagle Scout project, I would like to help Oakton create an outdoor chess garden for students to enjoy.  Funds will be used to help install a 16' x 16' permanent chess board, obtain large chess pieces for the board, build 3-4 picnic tables with chess boards painted on them and construct a new outdoor shed to store chess pieces and other supplies.  Thank you for your support!
