Oakbank Members go to court

Members of the ORC have been left with no choice but to file with the district court due to the committee ignoring the requests made by Mr Greg Griffin to release documents to its members or schedule the petitioned Emergency General Meeting.

We are asking to pass the hat around so to speak in our fight to save jumps racing at Oakbank.

We are hoping that the committee comply and the need for a legal battle subside. This is quite unlikely, however we would refund any pro-rata donations through the SAJR committee.
