Sweet Baby Grace's Family Fund

At only 20 months old, Little Grace has had more surgeries in her short time on earth then most adults have in a lifetime.   You see, Sweet Grace has serious GI issues and has been in and out of CCMC so many times that the staff knows her and her parents as family.   During these very tramatic times, she keeps her adorable smile on her face and her parents keep their positive outlook on life while trying to balance work, raising their preschool son and nights in a hospital room.  Not once have they ever complained or asked for help.  Their strength shines through in their sweet little girl.  

Even though they are able to make ends meet with their expenses, I am sure the gas bills driving back and forth are huge!   Let's rally around Sweet Baby Grace & her young family to show them how much we love them and wish heatlth and healing!
