Chase's Memorial Bench Legend High
Donation protected
Hello, I'm Bob Brink. My son Chase Brink died May 10th, 2014 from an unknown metabolic condition. Although Chase was wheelchair bound, he was very active in competitive adaptive sports. He was also a valued son, brother, friend, classmate, and fellow follower of Christ. His freshman year he lettered in 3 sports, wheelchair basketball, sled hockey, and unified basketball.
The school district has agreed to let me place a memorial bench at his school, Legend High School in Parker, Co. This bench will serve as a reminder that life is to short, shake a hand, smile and enjoy the beauty that we have been blessed with. And generation to come will be able to ask who Chase was and find out that no matter what your struggles are, everything is going to be ok.
Chase was also very involved with the "Spread the word, to end the word" campaign, choir, wheelchair tennis, wheelchair softball, and an occasional trip to the skate park.
Please help me get to my goal of $3500 by April 15th so that I can have this bench placed at The School. The bunch will be unveiled at a memorial unified basketball game, put on by Legend High School In the end of April.
Thank you in advance.
