Pay it Forward for Kage

Kage presents with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy that results in global delay in development, overall increase in muscle tone of extremities and trunk as well as decreased bilateral coordination. He has generalized decreased functional strength which impacts his mobility skills. He walks with a reverse walker, however his primary means of mobility is a manual wheelchair as Kage fatigues quickly with physical activity.

The goal of Pay it Forward (Derek Arvin & Zach Blubaum) and this gofundme account is to assist in items needed for him in the home. One item that we are focusing on is a chair designed for him that will allow him to set at the dinning room table with his brothers.
