Dear friends, it is with a heavy heart that I am writing this letter. My brother, 32,who lives in India has been in and out of the intensive care unit of chandigarh hospitals battling with a horrible and debilitating moment in his life. My brother kidneys are failed and is in severe condition and it is heartbreaking for our whole family to see. He is losing his level of awareness sadly and he is not able to listen because his kidneys are failed also he is on dialysis My brother is a good hardworking god fearing man who always puts his family first. He has a family that needs him, after me he has the only one who take care of my parents. he is the soul provider for the family and with these conditions that he is in he is unable to work by any means. My brother is in need of a kidney transplant that I alone unfortunately cannot financially help him with. As well as the aftercare that would come along with the procedure. So with that being said I am asking wholeheartedly that if anyone could donate any amount to help him and my family financially to provide for this kidney transplant it would be very much so appreciated. I thank you in advance for the help and prayers that we need at this very moment for my brother in his time of need.
