My child and I have been living in horror since we experienced a terrible incident. I am asking for help to move and assist with necessary household items.

On July 21, 2025, my daughter's father left his autistic brother unattended in the living room while he used the bathroom in my apartment. My daughter's uncle quickly removed the child from my home and threw her down a 3-story incinerator chute. My child was rescued and treated for her injuries. Because of this, I am extremely frightened to use the incinerator in my building to discard trash. Living in my house has become very uncomfortable.

Also, since the incident, my daughter's father has become angry and irrational. He believes that I can have NYS charges reversed against his brother in attempts to regain custody of his brother. I decided that it wasn't a healthy relationship anymore. I am solely concerned about the health and safety of my child and me. Please help us, thank you.
