Hi, I am Dolores Gill. Jessica Mitchell had a widow heart attack and a massive stroke on January 22, 2022. She was 32 years of age. Since then, she has had 2 strokes and has been in and out of the hospital. She also has seizures and colds. She does not qualify for Medicaid or any other insurance, and she needs help with medical expenses and medicine.
