This past month, I had been accepted to the NYU summer art intensive- the intensive that is for visual art at my dream university. The cost without airfare is $6,000, a goal my family cannot afford the expense (plus the airfare to get there). The program is a month long, and takes place on campus. The price includes the housing and meal plan. This is an opportunity for me that I hope to not pass up, as the program is already highly selective as is, so it is truly an honor to be accepted.
