It is with great sadness we announce the death of Mija Park, the mother of Det. Hee Jin Park-Dance. Mija Park lost a long battle with Covid-19. Her father, Dai Soon Park is currently hospitalized as he is fighting a battle with Covid-19 as well. Park-Dance is currently assigned to the Queens DA Squad, and is a active President of the NYPD Korean American Officers Association, President of the NYPD Ski and Snowboard Club, and Sergeant at Arms of the NYPD Tennis Club. We are asking for donations to help cover funeral costs for her mother and the ongoing overwhelming hospital bills for her father. Any donation would be appreciated and we thank you in advance.
