Nyla’s TPLO Surgery

I didn’t think I would ever need to start a Go fund me page but this vet bill was definitely not expected. Nyla has been having difficulties putting weight on one of her legs, she’s no longer able to jump on on beds/couches and has been walking with a limp. I took her for an X-ray where they found that she may have a torn ligament and will require a TPLO surgery.  The procedure involves cutting and plating one of the bones that make up the knee to change the physics of the joint. This allows the knee to function even if there's no ligament there to support it. With this surgery our goal is to stabilize her joint, thereby minimizing ongoing damage to the joint going forward. Nyla is only 2 & a half years old and I hate to see her go through this! I am hoping this surgery is a success and will help Nyla get back to herself again. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated!! ❤️
