Help Our Family Through a Medical Crisis

Hi, my name is Justin, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for support for my fiancée, Jazmin, who is currently battling recurring Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

This is Jazmin’s second time facing this aggressive cancer, and the treatment ahead is intense. She has had to take an unpaid leave of absence from work to focus on her health. I’ve also had to step away from my job to become her full-time caregiver while caring for our one-year-old son, who is still in daycare.

Right now, we are a family with no source of income. We are in the process of applying for SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance), but that can take months, and we don’t have time on our side when it comes to keeping up with basic living costs.

-Medical expenses not covered by insurance

-Childcare and daily essentials for our son

-Transportation to and from treatment

-Rent, groceries, and bills while we wait for assistance
