Richard recently suffered a severe auto accident involving him and another party. While Richard was on his way to work on June 9th, he was driving down Pagemill Rd. in Palo Alto and was cut off by a commercial flat bed truck causing Richard to run right into it. He lost consciousness and was rushed to the hospital. Richard suffered multiple injuries, the worst being a fractured neck (C2 & V2), spine, wrist, 6 broken ribs and a fractured hip. Although it will not be easy, we hope Rich has a full recovery so that he can get back to doing the things he loves and being the funny, caring, cheerful Rich we all know him to be. Richard has a wife and 2 kids who depend on him, love him very much and are doing everything they can they can to support him on his way to recovery. We are asking for your help to ease some of Richard's stress so that he can focus on recovering. He has already undergone 1 surgery, and will require physical therapy to get him back to living somewhat of a normal life in time.
