Our dear friend and coworker (Ashlee Ryan) is facing an unimaginable challenge. Her 15-year-old son, Hunter, recently suffered a severe medical emergency when an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) in his brain ruptured, causing seizures and requiring immediate, complex brain surgery—a temporal lobectomy—to save his life. This sudden crisis has turned their lives upside down.

Right now, Hunter is fighting every day to recover and regain strength, but the road ahead will be long and difficult. Our coworker is currently unable to work as she is at his bedside, fully dedicating her time and energy to his care and recovery. This has created significant financial strain during an already overwhelming time.
