NYC Parents Journey to Chicago

Your generous donations will help pay for airfare and lodging for parents from NYC to attend the Journey for Justice National Organizing Conference 
             May 18th-20th, 2018 in Chicago

The conference is a space where activists and organizers will learn how to do what they do even better; led by the wisdom of black and brown organizers who are doing the work everyday!

We are excited that the conference will be held at Dyett High School in Chicago; the school that was saved and reopened as a neighborhood school as a result of the historic 5-week Dyett Hunger Strike by parents and educators! 

We are a little over 6 weeks out from the conference.
We need to raise the funds by April 14th so that we still have a                  chance to get a reasonable discount on airfare.
