November 3rd two hybrid athletes (lads who drink a lot and go on the odd run) are going to be running the NY Marathon with an aim to raise money for two charities close to each of us.

The Marina Dalglish Appeal and The British Heart Foundation

All donations are going to be split and donated equally to the charities shortly after the marathon, all donations are appreciated as these are two great causes.
