As many of you already know our brave and feisty little friend Emilija Mednis will be having open heart surgery on Tuesday, March 27th, at Kravis Children's Hospital in NYC. The meal train for the Mednis family filled up so quickly that I wanted to find another way to help Nicole at this incredibly stressful time.
Nicole will need to book accommodation near the hospital for her mother and her 3 other children from March 26th until approximately March 30th. With the high cost of hotels/apartments in the City I thought we could ease some of the financial burden on Nicole by paying for this. I know everybody in our wonderful community wants to help the Mednis family in any way that they can so here is another opportunity to do so if you missed the meal train.
