Nyasia Peppers

My name is Twana Peppers. On June 8th At 10 pm my sister Nyasia peppers was outside with our cousin making tic tocs when she was shot and killed in a drive by shooting. Nyasia was only 17 years old. She was planning on attending her prom on June 15th and graduating on June 24th. Nyasia grew up as one the youngest out of eight siblings losing both our mother and our brother in the last few years. She was determined to finish school and had big plans for her future. Nyasia’s death was a shock to many and now we as her older siblings have to bury her along side our mother and our brother.
