My name is Mario Quezada and I’m the guitarist for Ugly and Generacion Suicida.

My vehicle was broken into, my music equipment as well as my partner’s was stolen in the process . Despite filing a report and tracking the exact location of my gear, police refuse to intervene or help get my items back. Everything that was stolen is equipment that I saved up for and purchased on my own over the years—it is my livelihood and what allows me to make a modest earning doing what I love, which is to play music. Now it’s gone, and I do not have the financial means to replace any of it.

Because of this, I’m resorting to raising funds to replace the equipment. Anything leftover will be donated to local music groups for kids, if I can recover any of the lost equipment I will also donate the new equipment we buy with the funds raised. I simply want to be able to replace what was stolen and continue doing what I do. Anything helps, including spreading the word, thank you.
