Help Heather Recover After a Serious Fall

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Heather Mallonee, who recently suffered a fall down a flight of steps on May 8. The accident resulted in 5 days in the hospital, 2 surgeries on her hand, and nerve damage in her hand, elbow, and shoulder. Heather has been unable to work since the time of the accident.

As you can imagine, this sudden and unexpected injury has created a huge financial strain. Heather has been faced with months of recovery, medical appointments, and physical therapy—all without a paycheck. While Heather focuses on healing, I am hoping to raise funds to help cover basic living expenses such as rent, utilities, groceries, and transportation. She is the sole provider in her home as well as a single mother.

Anyone who knows Heather knows how strong, kind, and hardworking she is. It's hard to see someone so full of life sidelined like this. That’s why I am asking for your help—any amount you can give will make a real difference.
