N.Y. Style Pizza Truck!

I'm American. And as an American, I love pizza. I love Neapolitan pizza, I love Roman pizza, I even love the Chicago deep dish, but classic New York Style slice has always had a special place in my heart. 

I am also Swedish, so when I moved back to my hometown of Luleå in 2017, I realized there was not a single place to grab a simple slice of pizza. So I made it my mission to introduce this simple, affordable, and yet amazing food to the people of Luleå.

Using our family's 300-year-old brick-oven I got to work. After 3 years of trial, error, and dedication, I'm ready to share the results with an all vegetarian pizza truck serving by the slice(with vegan options as well, of course).
