From New York to Brazil: Building a Future, One Word and Journey at a Time

Olá! My name is Arthur, and I made a bold move that changed my life: I left New York City and started a new chapter in Brazil. What began as a leap of faith has turned into a deeply personal mission — one that combines my passion for language, culture, and helping others grow.

Business #1: BizLingo — Advanced English for Professionals

English is more than a language — it’s a passport to global opportunity. Over the past year, I’ve dedicated myself to helping Brazilian professionals elevate their English fluency to an advanced, business-ready level. This isn’t textbook grammar or casual conversation. It’s the language of leadership, negotiation, global trade, and career growth.

To do that, I built BizLingo, an app specifically designed for advanced English learners in Brazil. It helps professionals master real-world vocabulary, practice nuanced communication, and gain confidence in high-stakes environments — boardrooms, international Zoom calls, job interviews, and more.

The app is live and growing. But to truly scale, I need resources to:

• Develop new features for a more personalized learning experience

• Launch paid courses and private coaching offerings

Business #2: Curating Dream Journeys as a Travel Advisor

In addition to my work as an educator, I’m also building a thriving career as a travel advisor with Fora Travel, a modern travel agency that empowers independent agents to craft unforgettable trips with personalized service and insider access.

I specialize in helping individuals, couples, families, and groups create seamless, elevated travel experiences — with a particular focus on cruise vacations. Cruises offer a perfect blend of relaxation, exploration, and value, and I love helping clients find the right itinerary, ship, and experience to match their goals — whether that’s sailing through the Caribbean, exploring Mediterranean ports, or indulging in luxury river cruises through Europe.

But my services go far beyond cruises. I plan full-service getaways around the globe — honeymoons, cultural immersions, wellness retreats, and more — all tailored to each traveler’s unique interests and style.

To grow this business and provide exceptional service, I’m raising funds to:
