Help Fix Our Food Truck

Hi!  We are Challah Food Truck, a N.Y Jew"ish" deli, focused on usuing local fresh product and making delicious food from scratch.  This winter has been hard on our truck Estelle.  She has pushed through snow storms, ice storms, and sub zero temperatures.  Yesterday, the pressure was just too much for her, and she cracked.  Literally.  She cracked her head gasket, and then some.  Estelle needs your help to get back up and running.
