Dear Friends and Family,

Carol Stout has been with Volvo Trucks NA Product Design for 5 years as our Order Office Coordinator & Controller. For those of you who know her, you know she is MUCH more than that and is very critical to our team.

On Thursday, January 3rd 2019, Carol received unfortunate news that her brother was killed in a tragic car accident. She is also having to cover the cost of his funeral and any travel for the family to Ohio from North Carolina. It is difficult to imagine how much of a toll this week has been on her.

As close friends, we definitely want to help Carol with financial assistance and help her in these difficult times. We appreciate if you all can help generously for her cause.

We're are hoping the goal we set in this Go Fund Me will cover most, if not all expenses for her brother's funeral, the bereavement time that was not necessarily covered by her contract and any travel for her and her family to Ohio. 
 
If you are willing to donate, that would immensely help her and take off some of the financial burden she has come under due to her brother's death. We as a team, have decided to start this fundraiser for Carol, who is unaware of the fundraiser, so that she can focus on family matters.
