Transportation for Christopher

We met Bernadette at St. Mary's High School in back in 1982. We have always know Bernadette to be an extremely hard working and wonderful person, who would give the shirt off her back to help others. This gofundme is to help her and her beautiful son Christopher get an adaptive/wheelchair access van.

14 year old Christopher was born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He also has epilepsy and is cognitively delayed.

As he gets older/bigger/heavier it is much more difficult for mom to lift him in and out of a standard car. They are always on the go.....school, physical therapies, doctors appointments, and more. All of this is affecting mom physically.

Bernadette takes care of and advocates for her son, works a "9 to 5", and has several side hustles.
