Gaza! Help a strughling Mother Rebuild Hope for Her Daughter
Donation protected
I am nedaa soliman , a 32-year-old mother of two young daughters, Yara, who is 3, and Mira, who is just a year and a half. I have been living in Gaza, enduring hardships that most people would never imagine. As a divorced woman, I find myself without a stable source of income, relying on the hope of getting by each day, but this hope is often shattered by the harsh reality of my situation. For more than 15 months, I lived as a displaced person in the south of Gaza, along with my parents, in tents, away from our home, which was destroyed in the war. The emotional toll of this displacement was overwhelming.
Every day was a battle to meet the basic needs of my children. Diapers, nutritious food, clothing — all of these are costly and hard to come by. My heart breaks every time I can't provide for my daughters the way I wish I could. With no income, the financial burden grows heavier, especially with the ongoing war that has only made things worse. My parents, who have no source of income themselves, are depending on me to help them get by, and I carry that responsibility with pride, though it sometimes feels too much to bear.
The costs of living are sky-high. What little savings I had quickly disappeared, and now I am buried in debts I have no idea how I will pay back. The war, the constant displacement, and the lack of resources have made life an unending struggle. Even simple tasks like buying medicine or paying for electricity are insurmountable obstacles. The psychological toll is immense as I constantly worry about my children’s future and how we will survive.
Yet, despite all of this, I remain determined. I am calling on anyone who can hear my story to please extend a helping hand. The weight of the debt and the constant struggle to survive is crushing, but with your support, I know we can overcome these challenges. We just need a little help to get back on our feet. Please, help us pay off our debts, and allow us to have a chance at a better life. Your support will make a world of difference.
