As many of you will know, one of our friends, Graham McManus, has just been diagnosed with MND. He's been so strong and has amazing support from his family and friends.

He has granted John and I the honour of running the upcoming Loch Leven half marathon on May 11th in aid of the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.

For information, that's John in the picture, I'm the one in the background trying not to vomit after a run. Graham is in the picture below, enjoying the great outdoors.
