Help her keep her home

She is about to lose her home!This is the sweetest woman I know and she is in desperate need of help...Her kindness and charitable nature has led her to be completely taken advantage of by a family member.My Aunt Kathy worked as a hairdresser until she was 70.  She probably would have kept doing her beloved job, but years of standing on her feet doing very physical work has led to many health issues and surgeries. She has spinal stenosis so bad that she is hunched over and cannot hold her head up without a brace.Her home has an upstairs apartment and she relies on the rent to pay her mortgage and taxes. She rented the upper apartment to family members who have not paid their rent for almost a year and have taken all of her money from her. Because she has such a caring and trusting nature she gave this person access to  her accounts. She entrusted them to have her best interests at heart and allowed them to handle all of her financial matters as she became more and more incapacitated. They have opened credit cards in her name and maxed them out. They have utterly destroyed the upstairs apartment to the extent to which the upper toilet is about to fall through the ceiling into my aunt's lower bathroom.She gave this "trusted" family member her checkbook with the agreement that they would keep up on paying her utilities, mortgage, taxes, and medical bills. Instead, it has recently come to light that they depleted all her funds for their own use. Now the bank has started foreclosure proceedings on her home. Should they foreclose on her home, she will be left with nowhere to live.Her daughter has recently been able to legally obtain power of attorney, but the damage has been done.Please help in any way that you can. Her taxes need to be paid up to date ASAP to stop the bank from foreclosing. Any amount donation will be so greatly appreciated.Thank you so much for any help,Lisa
