Our dear coworker and friend Michelle Elrod is currently fighting an aggressive form of cancer, yet she continues to show up every day with strength, compassion, and the dedication that makes her such a vital part of our call center team. Even through everything she’s facing, she still manages to keep her kindness and her sense of humor intact, which is just one of the many reasons we love her.

Outside of work, Michelle’s world revolves around her family. Her son and daughter-in-law, and her three beautiful grandchildren. She spends every moment she can taking them to swim lessons, bike rides, and countless little adventures that fill their lives with joy.

As she faces the emotional, physical, and financial challenges of treatment, we’re coming together to support Michelle so she can focus on healing and continue creating those cherished memories with the people she loves most. Any contribution, big or small, means the world. Thank you.
