Sarah is and has been my dear friend and my daughter’s nanny on the road for years. As a touring mom there’s no way to overstate how important your nanny is! She becomes an instant third parent and best friend. We have had many adventures together cris crossing this country in a van. Last Wednesday, she slipped and fell down a flight of stairs and has suffered a cranial fracture, bruising and bleeding on the brain.  She will make a full recovery in time and there is no brain damage but we anticipate months of sitting very still, enormous hospital bills and a very slow recovery.
