Help mom with fast growing cancer

I just want to tell you about my amazing sister. She has been through so much in her 33 years. Tammy is s single mom of 3. Let's start at the beginning.... At 15 she got pregnant and she supported her daughter all on her own. 2 yrs later she had a son and again she was the one working to support her family. She had a house fire while the kids were really little but survived that. When her two oldest were 8 &6 their dad (her boyfriend) was hit in the head with a softball bat which let to brain trauma and eventually passed from a blood clot. She has come so far and done such a great job. She worked her butt off so she could buy her kids a house and she did it l on her own, she didn't go on welfare or anything even tho she could. She meet her current boyfriend Joe and they had her 3rd baby. She has been working at a well established restaurant for almost 15 years now and they have been great and very understanding. Tammy found a lump under her arm, went to the Dr and found out it was cancer, went through chemo and because of the kind of cancer we have it is a rare and fast growing, which we found out toward the end the tumor was feeding off the chemo. She went in had a double mastectomy and they took out 12 lymph noods and 8 had cancer cells in them they found during a scan. She ended up having another bout with chemo and radiation 5 days a week for another 6 weeks. Once done with that she had to wait a month so all the radiation and chemo was out of her system. She had a scan 2 weeks ago and the found a swollen gland, did a biopsy and it came back as more cancer. The tumor is between her heart and lung so they don't know what they can do at this point. Can't do radiation cuz it is to close to her heart, the don't think the chemo would work because of last time. She is a fighter but scared to death of the future. We had a bennifit for her last year and raised $8,000 to help her out since she was out of work for over a year. Her boyfriend took on two jobs to help as much as he can and when you have a house payment, car payment, insurance, phone bills and needs food the money only lasts so long. She has had a hard life and it had always been one thing after another but she has always held her head high and a smile on her face. I just want to help her as much as I can.
