It is with completely broken hearts that we share the sudden loss of our dad, who was taken from us in a tragic road traffic collision on 03/04/2026.
It is just me and my sister, and at only 24, we never imagined we would be facing something like this so soon. We didn’t get the chance to say goodbye, and we are still trying to come to terms with losing him so suddenly.
Our dad meant everything to us. He was our support, our guidance, and our constant in life. He was someone who was so kind to everyone and loved to play a prank! The love he gave us is something we will carry forever.
We are now trying to arrange his funeral and wake, but as two young daughters navigating this on our own, the financial pressure is overwhelming. We want to give him the send-off he deserves: a chance to honour his life and allow family and friends to come together and say goodbye. (And he has a lot of friends!)
Many lovely people have reached out to ask how they can help. There is no pressure at all but any contribution, no matter how small, would mean more to us than we can put into words. It will go directly towards the costs of bringing him back home from Nottingham, funeral and wake costs to accommodate everyone that wants to attend, as well as the unexpected costs that come with losing him so suddenly and tragically.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page would help us more than you know.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and love during the hardest time of our lives.
With love,
Chloe and Sophie
