Jordyn's Journey
Donation protected
Jordyn Rachel Wilson passed away much too early. She was only 18, looking forward to her wedding in early January and starting her life with her true love. Jordyn graduated a year early from public school with honors and had just finished her first semester at BYU-Idaho. Jordyn was an amazing lyricist, musician, comedian, student, daughter, sister, fiancé, and friend. She suffered a pulmonary embolism, a side effect of her birth control containing estrogen, which ultimately caused her brain damage and, after 4 days in a coma, her death. In her final act of service, Jordyn was transferred Christmas morning to University of Utah to donate her organs and tissues, saving more than 3 lives and affecting upwards of 100 more.
The hope here is to provide financial relief from overwhelming medical bills that will soon be coming. Please join me in relieving some of that burden from her family."
