Hello, my name is Florence, and I am the proud mother of three children. My youngest, Truth, is a brave 5-year-old battling Prune Belly Syndrome and Stage 5 Kidney Disease.

Truth’s condition requires frequent hospitalizations, nearly every other month, for treatments and care. Recently, his doctors have confirmed that Truth will soon need a kidney transplant to give him the best chance at a healthier future. Despite these challenges, his strength and bright spirit inspire everyone who meets him.

As his mother, my focus is on being by his side through every step of this journey. However, balancing his care with life’s responsibilities can be overwhelming. I am humbly asking for your support to help me stay by Truth’s bedside and prepare for the road ahead.
