Late Friday afternoon began like any other ordinary afternoon for Noah and his family until everything changed in a matter of seconds.
Noah, 16 was involved in a single car accident that occurred late Friday afternoon. He was in the backseat when the car lost control and flipped before striking a tree. Thankfully, the passengers in the front seats sustained only minor injuries. Noah however, took the brunt of the impact as the backseat was heavily damaged.
First responders arrived promptly and he was rushed to LSU hospital where a dedicated medical team was awaiting his arrival and life-saving care was provided immediately to stabilize him.
He suffered extensive injuries, primarily from the waist up, including a fractured left clavicle, multiple facial fractures, multiple spinal fractures, and most importantly, multiple skull fractures with a right-sided brain bleed. Neurosurgeons relieved pressure on Noah’s brain by drilling a hole in his skull. They then inserted a wire to monitor his intracranial pressure (ICP) as they navigate treatment.
Noah remains in ICU in critical condition with his family at his bedside desperately waiting for him to wake up.
While Noah fights to recover, his family is facing overwhelming emotional and financial challenges. They are spending countless hours at the hospital, traveling, and missing work to be by his side. This GoFundMe was created to help cover Noah’s medical expenses and support his family during this unimaginably difficult time — so they can focus entirely on what matters most: Nurturing Noah back to health.
Every donation, share, prayer, and message of encouragement brings hope, relief, and comfort to Noah and his family. Thank you for standing with them and helping surround them with love, strength, and hope during this critical time.
With gratitude and hope,
Noah’s Family & Family

He’s breathing on his own so he’s got all the tubes out. Icp monitoring device was removed. He’s nodded his head a a couple yes/no questions but his eye only opens for 2-3 seconds so still not fully awake enough to assess anything else as far as memory, cognitive functions, so on
SUNDAY 1/18 4:47pm UPDATE:
He woke up and made eye contact, said “i’m so uncomfortable my back hurts”. Asked what happened? We told him about the wreck….starts moaning and crying then asked again what happened. Words are mumbled and hard to understand but we can make out what he is saying. So great few minutes before he was out again. Praying for more at 8pm visit. MONDAY 1/19 8PM UPDATE:
NOAH IS AWAKE !!!!!!! ♥️ a ways to go, but he’s AWAKE and talking and eating a little bit.
Tonight’s update from Stacey: ⬇️
He’s awake !!!!!!!!
Very very groggy lethargic mumbles his words and just enough strength to go for about a minute then he’s out for 10-15 mins before we can arouse him enough to wake up
He ate a green bean said it taste like it dipped it in butthole then out
woke up several minutes later ate a bite of potatoes, said that’s trash then out. He’s really hurting and uncomfortable when he’s awake. Still trying to keep pain controlled.
Just scanned his bladder. That looks good. He keeps asking what happened. When Gabe asking him if he remembered the wreck Noah said “I heard about it”.
Mostly he’s sleeping, moaning but positive signs each time.
They fitted him for a back brace he will wear when he’s up OOB. Not there yet but collar is off as long as he’s laying down.
