Kai will be turning six this June and still believes in the Easter Bunny.  When I was putting up the fence for our garden, she tells me, "But that's not going to keep the rabbits out because the Easter Bunny could get way on top of our shelf."  I said, "I'm not sure the Easter Bunny is like other bunnies..."

To believe in something that for most is unbelievable, takes imagination.  In Kai’s life now, that’s the existence of fairies turning the leaves golden, the possibility of spotting a unicorn, and yes, the Easter Bunny hiding notes all over the house.  But as she matures, I hope this visionary capacity will hold the power of mankind working together, the possibility of freedom for all, and peace amongst progress.

Because of the nurturing, community spirit at Singing Cedars, Kai has continued to develop her inventiveness, resiliency, compassion for others and for nature, storytelling and all forms of creating beauty.  I simply won’t put her education into the hands of anything less, but we do need your help!
