Hi, my name is Jamie and I am a single mom of a beautiful 12 year old girl named Emerson. She has severe dyskenetic dystonic cerebral palsy, with many other medical issues from being born at 25 weeks gestation. We are working on filling her Make-A-Wish to Disneyland. They cover everything for a nurse to come with us but not the nurses wages for the week. The government will not cover the cost of her regular nursing and careaid hours outside of the home. It would be immensely helpful to have a nurse come with us as she is one many medications and oxygen and is a high risk for choking, though I cannot afford to pay for the wages myself as I do not work any longer due to her needs.
